Red Oak Hardwood Floor is a family owned and operated Chicagoland flooring contractor serving residential and commercial clients since 1995. We work with home and business owners in the following counties: Cook, Will, DuPage, Kane, McHenry, Lake.

We are fully insured, bonded and licensed.

Although we specialize in custom and designer floors, we also provide our clients with high-quality flooring services such as installation, sanding, finishing, and restoration. Learn more about our services.

Every year we participate in Floor of the Year contest organized by NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association).

In 2007 we were recognized as a finalist in 3 categories:

1. Best kitchen/ dining
2. Best library/ office
3. Best front entry hall

In 2008 we were recognized as a finalist in 3 categories:

1. Best front entry hall
2. Best library/ office
3. Best limited species

In 2009 we were the Winners of Floor of the Year 2009 in category:

1. Best Manufacturer Factory Finish – Hand Cut.

Certification

We believe that the hardwood floor industry is ever changing and to stay at the top of the game we need to educate ourselves constantly. In order to do so, in 2006 we became members of National Wood Flooring Association and we started to broaden our knowledge about hardwood floor industry through variety of trainings offered by NWFA.

We soon became "Certified Installers, Sanders and Finishers" and we continue to receive recognitions and certifications throughout the years.
